    • This is as far as I got as a Hardcore Natural
    Bodybuilder before taking 3 years off to study
    computers and add to my graphics knowledge.
    I have been training hard again for severalmonths
    and have surpassed my previous peak strength.
    As struggling drug free bodybuilders we do well
    to remember that "Every natural gain is ours for
    keeps!" My competitve weight in the photos below
    is about 123 lbs. height is 5'4"

I would like to preserve and  
share the experiences during 
my six years of natural
bodybuilding competition.
My modest bodybuilding 
career garnered me a little 
more than 15 minutes of 
fame. Newspaper & magazine 
articles, and letters from 
publishers & photographers 
encouraged me on my quest. 
Master Trainer,(the article)
a publication devoted to 
Lifetime Bodybuilding and 
Masters Athletes did a nice 
write up and I have enjoyed 
a continuing subscription.
B.C.A.B.B.A. honoured me by 
making me a Lifetime Member. 
I was given the title of
Executive Drug Testing 
Officer (although they may no 
longer test.) Another honour 
was bestowed upon me when 
The Iron Oasis took its 
name from an autographed 
8 x10 I gave them in return for 
letting me train there for the 
Annual Canadian National 
Championships while I visited.

    both Vancouver's Fitness Quest locations,
     
     

    Kelowna's FLEX FITNESS CENTRE and
    Kitimat's RIVERLODGE RECREATION CENTRE
    It was also published in Kitimat's
