Haida Forest Products also has a history of creating new products to stir interest in it's value added product line. One of the first of these products was Haida Skirl siding. This is a manufactured wavy edge bevel siding. Canadian and U.S. patents were obtained on both the siding and the machinery to manufacture the siding. For many years Haida Forest Products was the exclusive manufacturer of this type of siding. To date over 200 million board feet of Haida Skirl siding has been marketed all over North America as well as Europe and Australia. Haida Skirl is now entering its 5th decade as a specialty value-added product.

Today Haida Forest Products produces over 100 product items. Many of them are exclusive to our company. We also enjoy an excellent reputation among architects and designers for custom running special job lot patterns or difficult to find items.
